1. Service description

MIOforever.net provides a service for storing digital messages intended to be preserved and returned to Earth in future years (2040–2100).

2. User responsibilities

Users are responsible for the content of their messages. Illegal, harmful, or offensive content is strictly prohibited and will be removed without refund.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 14 days of purchase.

4. Service availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.

5. Intellectual property

Users retain full ownership of their submitted messages. By submitting, you grant MIOforever.net the right to store and display your message as part of the service.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
